Our app offers subscription-based services and a one-time lifetime purchase. By purchasing a subscription or lifetime access, you agree to the following terms:
A one-time lifetime purchase grants you access to all features for the lifetime of the product. This is a non-recurring payment and does not require renewal. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription renewal through the Apple App Store. As the developer, we do not have access to your subscription and cannot cancel, refund, or modify it on your behalf. Apple reserves the right to manage all subscription changes. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions purchased through the app store are subject to the app store's terms and conditions. All billing and transaction processes for these subscriptions are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are governed by their terms.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.
Except when required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. For subscriptions purchased through an app store, the app store's refund policy will apply. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the app store directly.
All your data remains local to your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not access, store, or share your data.
The app is provided "as-is," and we expressly disclaim liability for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the use of this app.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device and managing your data.
Any updates to these terms will be communicated within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
